Confusedlanka.com is a website and host advertiser which, amongst other things, compares the price of telecom products and other services in Sri Lanka. Confusedlanka.com also provides web-space for third parties to compare prices for other related financial products and services.

We provide a service which enables you to compare a number of prices for products and services and make a decision based on those comparisons. Though we attempt to compare the telecom products in terms of financial savings, buying a product might include other non- financial variables such as features and allied services, which you must be aware of.

Much of the information given is supplied by third parties such as telecom companies, customers, potential customers, partner websites, third party websites or financial advisers and in such cases you should refer to the third party’s terms and conditions of business as they may differ from our own. We are aimed both at the business consumer and at personal consumer within Sri Lanka, however we recognise there maybe cross over especially for individuals, starting or looking to start their own business.
Severability

If any dispute arises in connection with this Agreement including the use of logos and other property rights, the parties hereto agree to attempt to resolve such dispute first by negotiation. In the event that a negotiated settlement cannot be reached, the parties agree to attempt to settle it by mediation in accordance with the model procedure of the Centre for Dispute Resolution. Neither party may commence court proceedings or arbitration proceedings until the negotiation and mediation processes have been exhausted without a settlement being reached and irrevocably agreed to by the parties.

Please include your name and address, a contact telephone number and details of why you are unhappy. This will help us to respond to you as quickly as possible. If we do not have enough information to investigate your complaint we will try and contact you to ask for further details.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint by the close of business the next working day, we will send a written acknowledgement of your complaint to you within 5 working days of its receipt. In our acknowledgement we will advise you of the name and job title of the person who will be dealing with your complaint.
By the end of eight weeks after receipt of your original complaint letter we will send you a final response or a letter explaining why we are still not in a position to issue a final response and advising you of when we expect to be able to do so.
